Shipping & Handling

SHIPPING POLICY

All order’s should be sent out to you within 3 business days after payment has been received and cleared by the payment provider. Please be aware that business days are (Monday to Friday from 9:00am – 5:00pm). If for some reason we are out of stock of a product on your order, we will put that item on back-order/pre-order for you (provided we are likely to receive more stock of the item) or we will refund you for that item (if we are not likely to get it back in). You will be notified about these issues (if they arise) via email by support.

Shipping service is via standard Australia Post eParcel and Fastway Couriers.

If your product(s) is/are oversized, or weighs more than 20kg, we will use Fastway Courier service to deliver your order to you. However, we will need to contact you to arrange for someone to be home at the delivery address. The cost will be an amount based solely on the size and weight of your order.

Standard eParcel Shipping – Expected delivery after processing time (1-3 Business days), trackable through Australia Post or Fastway Couriers.

International Shipping

This is the standard international service offered through Australia Post. This option is only available for orders weighing under 2kg. If you are having trouble selecting this option at the checkout it is likely your order is more than the allowed weight. This service is fully traceable on the Australia Post website so that you have the piece of mind to know where your parcel has been scanned and at what stage of the journey it is in. This service estimates delivery within 3 to 15 business days. This may vary for certain countries.

International Customs

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or fees payable that may arise, this is not part of the shipping and handling fee paid when you make your purchase. Please check with your local postal services for full details on thresholds.

Please note: As a registered business we are unable to ship international orders as a ‘gift’ or a different figure to what you paid and all shipments must be declared as ‘merchandise’.

 

 

FIGURES & PRODUCT PACKAGING

The figures and their packaging is inspected on arrival for flaws and
blemishes.

However, due to manufacturing, our suppliers
and brands cannot control slight manufacturing variations and do not replace
items based on these variations, including but not limited to minor paint flaws
or figure positioning.
Manufacturers design the packaging to protect the collectibles
inside. It is intended to carry the product to you safely. They do not offer
replacement of damaged boxes which we understand is frustrating for serious
collectors.

If you do have an issue with your pop or the
packaging as it arrives, please let us know and we will see what we can do.
Replacement or return of items for slight variations, colourings, paint flaws
and packaging etc is not guaranteed and is at the discretion of JayMs Place.
